All products have a detailed file, which includes a description of the product and its price in which is not included the applicable taxes (IGIC) and shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Once the purchase order has been completed, and before making the payment of the order, a final summary will be presented identifying the article/s purchased and their total price where the taxes (IGIC) will be detailed.

RETURNS

In order to accept the return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, and all accessories and original documentation must be kept. The item to be returned must be correctly packaged for return.

SONS OF FRANCISCO LOPEZ SANTACRUZ, S.A. is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in case of force majeure, as defined by the Spanish courts, and in case of the client's fault or an unforeseeable event by a person outside the contract.
For any divergence originated by the breach of the conditions of purchase and sale, both parts will be submitted expressly to the courts and tribunals of Las Palmas, except what is established in the regulations of consumers with renunciation of theirs if it were another one.
HIJOS DE FRANCISCO LOPEZ SANTACRUZ, S.A. is not responsible for the consequences that could result from the improper use of the products sold on its website.
